From 245 year old ancient communal house to 3D model…

245 years have passed, during which Tien Thuy communal house has witnessed many ups and downs. The current incarnation of the temple is covered with moss and the dust of time. Despite its status as a national historical and cultural relic, Tien Thuy cannot avoid damage and detail loss due to the hot and humid climate of the Mekong Delta. Building a digital copy to preserve the image and pass it on to future generations is extremely urgent.

VR technology and the SEENSIO Metaverse platform combined form an advanced solution that transforms real-life places into digital 3D models. SEENSIO allows users to access these places with actual address data from Google Maps, creating the unique VR experience of a “digital twin” of Earth - where we live simultaneously in the past, present and future.

It took us about 1 working session, along with guidance from the caretaker of the communal house, to be able to film, take pictures, and collect the necessary data for the digital replica and preservation of the Tien Thuy ancient communal house on the island in SEENSIO.
